杨崇林

杨崇林,男,1967年生,云南大学生命科学学院院长,云南大学生命科学研究中心主任,博士,博士生  导师。

教育与研究经历:

1998年于北京大学获博士学位。

1998-1999年为意大利International school for advanced studies分子神经生物学实验室访问学者。

1999-2005年先后在University of Maryland School of MedicineUniversity of Colorado从事博士后研究。

2006年入选中国科学院 "百人计划",终期获评优秀。

2010年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助。2013年被中国科协授予“全国优秀科技工作者”荣誉称号。2017年入选“国家百千万人才工程”。

杨崇林教授长期以来致力于探索以溶酶体为中心的重要细胞生物学问题,在溶酶体介导的凋亡细胞降解、内吞体-溶酶体运输、溶酶体发生的调控机制等领域取得突破性进展。他首次揭示了在进化上保守的凋亡细胞吞噬受体CED-1的偱环机制及其介导的细胞骨架重排的信号传导机制。杨崇林教授发现了多个在进化上保守的调控内吞体-溶酶体运输的新基因,并系统地揭示了它们在早-晚期内吞体转换及溶酶体运输中的作用机制。运用化学生物学研究方法,他发现了溶酶体发生的新的信号传导和调控机制,为以促进溶酶体发生为基础的神经退行性疾病的治疗提供了重要理论依据。这些出色的研究成果分别发表在包括Science, Nature Cell Biology, Journal of Cell Biology, Cell Research, PLoS Genetics等在内的重要国际学术期刊上,在国际学术界引起了广泛的反响。
